Many couples have a baby with their in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedure and do not return to use their frozen embryos.
These couples might choose to be part of our Embryo Donation Program and donate any remaining embryos for use by another couple.
Treatment Details
For a patient receiving embryo donation, the use of donor embryos is relatively simple. The patient’s uterus is prepared through a hormone regimen and the embryo(s) are thawed, assessed, and transferred to the uterus.
This option is much less expensive than a typical egg donor cycle, yet still provides a good chance of success.
